Welcome to myPower24. This guide will walk you through activating your account, claiming your SolarMD LoggerV, and getting your system online.
Note: myPower24 is a secure platform and does not support open public registration. You must have a valid invitation or a physical device to create an account.
If you have just purchased a new LoggerV device, this is the fastest way to get started.
- Locate the QR Code printed on the LoggerV device label (or on the Quick Start card inside the box).
- Scan the code using your smartphone camera.
- You will be redirected to a secure Sign Up page.
- Enter your email address and create a secure password.
- Your account is now created and linked to this device.
If you need access to an existing system (e.g., you are a family member, tenant, or installer):
- Ask the site owner or administrator to send you an invitation from their dashboard.
- Check your email inbox for the subject line "Invitation to myPower24".
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
- Follow the prompts to set your password and complete your profile.
If you created your account via Method A (QR Code), your station may already be visible. If not, follow these steps to manually link it.
- The LoggerV must be powered ON.
- The LoggerV must be connected to the internet.
- You need the Serial Number (e.g.,
L2-123456) found on the device sticker.
Log in to the myPower24 Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Stations menu on the sidebar.
- Click the + Add Station button.
- Enter the Logger Serial Number.
- Assign a Name to your station (e.g., "Main House").
- Click Claim.
✅ Success: The dashboard will load immediately. You should see live data flow within 60 seconds.
❌ Error: If you see "Station Offline," ensure the Logger has a valid internet connection and try again.
If you are not using a permanent Ethernet cable, you must configure the Logger's WiFi settings to stay online.
- Ensure the WiFi antenna/dongle is connected to the LoggerV USB port.
- On your phone or laptop, scan for WiFi networks.
- Connect to the Access Point named SolarMD_Logger_XXXX (where XXXX is the serial suffix).
- Open a web browser and type
http://192.168.1.1.
- In the local interface, go to Network Settings.
- Select WiFi Client Mode.
- Click Scan Networks.
- Choose your home/office WiFi network from the list.
- Enter your WiFi password and click Save.
- The Logger will reboot. Once the Status LED turns solid Green, your system is online and transmitting data to myPower24.
